She's Not The Fastest. She's The One Who Finishes.
Theresa Seitz spent 24 years with the Walt Disney Company before stepping into her most meaningful role: becoming a mother at 44.
Alongside her career, she built a life in endurance sports — completing 50+ marathons, multiple Ironman triathlons, and summiting Mount Kilimanjaro. But her greatest test came off the racecourse, navigating a severe spinal cord injury and a season filled with uncertainty, fear, and recovery.
Through it all, Theresa developed a repeatable system for finishing hard things — not through motivation, but through mental discipline, identity, and practiced resilience.
In her book Built to Finish, she teaches the exact tools to manage fear, silence the "quit voice," and lead yourself through the moments where most people stop.
"Theresa Seitz teaches the mental discipline to finish hard things - in racing and in life."
